All amounts shown are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable U.S. sales tax.  For international shipments, Import and Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.  Prices exclude shipping and handling charges.  Standard shipping and handling charges are $8 for shipments within the U.S. via Priority Mail service, or $20 for international shipments via International Priority Mail (if available, otherwise standard air mail).  Shipping by other means, at customer's request, may incur additional charges to the customer.

Return Policy: Returns are only accepted if product features, function or performance have been misrepresented in published material, and return is postmarked within 45 days of shipment date with detailed explanation of reason for return.  Distribution media guaranteed against defects for 90 days from shipment, after which time replacement media may be purchased for a nominal production and handling fee.

Discounts for Multiple Copies of the same software within the same organization are provided, and vary depending on the specific software product and quantity being purchases.  Please contact Horizon Technologies for information on multi-copy corporate or organization license agreements.

Custom Software Integration is available for many of the software programs distributed by Horizon Technologies.  Please contact Horizon Technologies for a price quote to integrate software programs, or portions thereof, into third-party commercial software or proprietary in-house software programs.

Small Group License allows software to be used on multiple computers used by a single group (up to 10 installations) located within the same corporate, institution, or organization division, and located at the same geographic site.  Software purchased by one company on behalf of another company must be clearly indicated at the time of purchase, and any intention or expectation that the purchasing company will be using the software on behalf of the end-use company must be also clearly indicated.

Developer’s Package allows custom software programs to be developed for use within the same Small Group, with the same restrictions as described under the Small Group License description.  A Developer’s Package DOES NOT ALLOW for the distribution of software, either within a licensee’s organization (outside of the licensee’s Small Group) or commercially (whether for sale, part of a deliverable for a client contract, or freely distributed), that contains any portion of software obtained through Horizon Technologies.  If a developer wishes to create derivative works for broader distribution, please contact Horizon Technologies for information on extending a license for distribution of derivative works using software distributed by Horizon Technologies.
